Are you thinking of taking your valentine to exotic places? Come see Tails From Africa at the Basalt Regional library Feb 13, 2010 3:30-5:30 pm. We\'ll be talking about sub-saharan Africa, and we\'ll give you some ideas of how to get there, what you should look for in a safari company, how to mingle with the locals, show you some of the greatest places on earth and how to photograph them with tips and tricks from a professional wildlife photographer and seasoned safari traveler.

Wildlife Conservation is about people. Understanding on-the-ground perspectives, living experience and history combined with old and new expertise is crucial to implementing positive and effective solutions toward a healthier Earth and all her inhabitants. What we do today effects tomorrow for all. WildiZe Foundation® is a Registered 501(c) (3) Nonprofit Corporation Dedicated to Education and Awareness toward the Protection and Conservation of Wildlife, Habitat , and Indigenous Cultures in Africa. We have only one Earth, If WE don\'t care, who will?

Teens in grades 7 and up, are encouraged to join our tech group on the first Thursday of every month where we will create and use the latest in technology. This month, create mini films to promote services at the library. Next month learn how to Scratch, the programming language for everyone.
